Sound of silence
A collection of poems written by the wife of a leading businessman, based at Guwahati, India, in an effort to find an outlet for the agony she felt watching her young son Kushan suffer due to an incurable disease. What began as a daily entry into her private diary developed into a major collection of verse. The poems give voice to her grief.
